Privacy, without the mystery
Privacy
Personal style can be intimate. Vellora Fashion should know only what you choose to share and remember only what you choose to approve.
Effective July 23, 2026
The short version
Vellora Fashion stores account wardrobe photos, Inspiration photos you explicitly save, wardrobe details, the Style Memory you approve, items you choose to keep in My Vellora Edit, and Fashion Agenda plans privately with your Fashion account. Saved Future Fits currently stay on the device where you saved them. Optional stylist check-ins send only after you opt in. Vellora does not automatically read your closet, external calendar, social accounts, shopping history, messages, camera, or location.
Analytics
Vellora uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic, a small set of anonymous public-funnel events, and a tightly limited Studio product funnel. Studio events may record only fixed categories such as whether a visit is new or returning, whether a request completed, which styling lane was refined, whether feedback was positive or negative, and whether a look or shopping idea was saved or opened. The event allowlist rejects unrecognized fields and does not send request text, feedback notes, Style Memory, profile answers, wardrobe or Inspiration details, body or size information, look or garment names, account identifiers, product names, full retailer URLs, authentication data, or billing information.
If you choose “Allow analytics” on the public website, Microsoft Clarity also receives masked interaction signals from the homepage and pricing page so Vellora can understand scrolling, navigation, and interface friction. Clarity is configured without advertising storage and remains disabled on Stylist Match, sign-in, Studio, account, update-password, privacy, terms, Founder, checkout, and other authenticated or personal styling surfaces. Strict project masking and an explicit page-level masking boundary provide additional protection. Your Clarity choice is stored only in the current browser, can be reopened through the “Analytics choices” control on tracked public pages, and can be changed at any time. Declining Clarity does not limit Vellora Fashion.
Information you choose to provide
You may enter style preferences, clothing details, comfort needs, budgets, occasions, colors, and other context needed for a style request. Avoid submitting information that is not needed for styling.
- Style Vibe answers and approved preferences
- Wardrobe photos and descriptions you choose to add
- Inspiration photos, screenshots, source labels, collections, and notes you choose to save
- Fashion Agenda names, dates, timezones, places, dress codes, weather or venue notes, and private styling notes you choose to add
- The styling question you ask
- Future Fits and memories you explicitly choose to save
Where your style data lives
Wardrobe photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Wardrobe names, categories, colors, brands you confirm, materials, visible details, appearance counts, short styling-history notes, duplicate-prevention photo fingerprints, and the private storage path are stored in the account-backed fashion_wardrobe_items table. A photo fingerprint is a one-way technical value used to avoid counting the same uploaded appearance twice; it is not another copy of the photo. Signed, time-limited links are created when your account needs to display a wardrobe photo.
Inspiration photos are stored in a separate private Supabase Storage bucket and remain separate from Closet ownership. Their private storage path, one-way duplicate-prevention fingerprint, collection, source label, your optional note, complete-look summary, and AI-suggested visible item details are stored in the owner-protected fashion_saved_edit_items table. Signed, time-limited links are created when your account displays an Inspiration photo.
Your stylist-match profile is saved with your Supabase Auth account and mirrored on the current device for continuity. Style Memory you explicitly approve is stored in the private account-backed fashion_style_memories table together with its source label and optional expiration. Other items you explicitly save to My Vellora Edit are stored with their title, your note, collection, item type, source label or link when provided, and availability caveat. Fashion Agenda events, check-in timing, quiet hours, tone, shopping permission, and a content-free device marker showing that at least one Style Edit completed support continuity without storing the edit inside that marker. Delivery records keep technical status, timing, anonymous trace identifiers, and provider message identifiers—but not the email body, event name, recipient address, prompt, or wardrobe detail. Future Fits—including a generated image when one exists, the saved Style File, the original request and structured styling context needed for “Style this again,” and feedback saved with that look—stay in IndexedDB in that browser unless you download them.
- Account-backed: sign-in, stylist match, approved Style Memory, Inspiration and My Vellora Edit, wardrobe records and photos, Fashion Agenda and check-in preferences, membership, billing status, and usage counts
- Device-only: saved Future Fits and their restyling context, a content-free completed-edit marker, legacy Style Memory copies, and temporary cached copies used by the Studio
- Session-only: unsaved styling results, request-scoped feedback, and generated visuals until you save or download them
AI processing
When you request styling, the newest request and relevant Style Vibe, approved Style Memory, saved Inspiration descriptions, and wardrobe descriptions are sent from the Vellora Fashion server to OpenAI. Inspiration is labeled as an outside reference and not as something you own. If you ask Vellora to analyze a wardrobe photo, that selected photo and a limited list of your existing wardrobe descriptions are sent to OpenAI so editable item details and possible duplicate matches can be suggested. If you analyze an Inspiration photo, that selected image is sent without your wardrobe-match list so Vellora can describe the complete look and visible pieces without claiming ownership. The final save, merge, or styling decision remains yours. If you create a Future Fit, the outfit description, occasion, mood, palette, and presentation choice are sent for image generation. Opening a full Style File sends the generated image and its outfit metadata for analysis.
If you opt into a Vellora Check-In, relevant Fashion Agenda details, your saved stylist profile, approved Style Memory, text descriptions of wardrobe items, and saved Inspiration descriptions may be sent to OpenAI shortly before delivery so the note can be grounded in your current account. Private wardrobe and Inspiration image files are not placed in the email. Vellora does not store the generated email body in its application database.
Vellora’s text and vision requests use OpenAI API settings with storage disabled where that option is available. The OpenAI API key remains server-side. Service providers may still process limited technical and safety information needed to operate and protect their systems.
Optional email check-ins
Vellora Check-Ins are optional account messages sent through Resend from a verified Vellora Fashion domain. Google Workspace provides the reply and support inboxes. You choose whether email is enabled, event reminders, recurring cadence, preferred hour, timezone, quiet hours, stylist tone, whether weather or venue notes may be used, and whether one optional shopping-gap suggestion is allowed. Spark and Muse may have different check-in limits.
Every check-in includes a settings link and signed one-click unsubscribe. A hard bounce, spam complaint, or provider suppression automatically disables optional check-ins. Security, billing, authentication, and other messages necessary to provide a requested service are handled separately. Vellora does not enable open or click tracking for this feature by default.
Account, membership, and payments
Supabase processes the email, identity-provider information, and session data needed to sign you in. Vellora stores your plan, subscription status, billing-cycle dates, and monthly generation counts so it can provide the correct access. Browser clients cannot write billing status or usage counts.
Stripe processes checkout, card details, invoices, subscription changes, and the customer billing portal. Vellora stores Stripe customer, subscription, and price identifiers, but it does not receive or store your full card number.
Images and sensitive information
Future Fits are editorial AI visualizations, not virtual try-ons. They are not an exact representation of you, a garment, real-world fit, sizing, color, availability, or product performance. Vellora does not require a body or face photograph to create a Future Fit.
Do not submit another person’s image, private information, or wardrobe data without their permission.
Export, deletion, and retention
The account page lets you download account data together with Style Memory, Inspiration, My Vellora Edit, Fashion Agenda events, check-in preferences, delivery-status history, and Future Fits available on the current device. You can separately clear device-only data, delete the account wardrobe and its photos, delete uploaded Inspiration photos and records, remove individual saved items or Agenda events, disable optional check-ins, or permanently delete the Fashion account. Permanent account deletion first cancels an active Muse subscription, removes wardrobe and Inspiration photos, signs out active sessions, and deletes the Supabase Auth account; related membership, usage, wardrobe, Style Memory, saved-edit, Agenda, check-in preference, and delivery records are configured to delete with the account.
Deleted data is removed from Vellora’s active application systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups, security logs, billing records, or records that must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Backup timing depends on the service provider and is not represented as immediate. Contact support if you need help confirming a request.
Your choices
You can decline a suggested memory, remove saved Style Memory, delete individual wardrobe or Inspiration items, clear the entire account wardrobe, clear uploaded Inspiration, clear device-only Future Fits, edit or remove Fashion Agenda plans, change or stop check-ins, export your data, sign out, or delete the Fashion account. Muse members can also manage payment methods or cancel renewal through Stripe’s billing portal.
